Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has shipped.

Please note that all cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee after 1 hour. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON E-BOOK PURCHASES!
